Since 2000, he has been the driving force behind VetNurse.co.uk and VetSurgeon.org, two thriving online communities that connect and inform the veterinary profession across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His journey into the veterinary world began through a chance commission from Novartis Animal Health to build VetNurse.co.uk. After acquiring the site in 2008, Arlo launched VetSurgeon.org, creating trusted hubs where professionals share expertise, discuss ethical challenges, and learn from one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A passionate advocate for evidence-based thinking, Arlo brings a critical lens to science, media, and public discourse – inspired in part by personal experience caring for a child with Dravet\u2019s Syndrome. His curiosity about human error, bias, and belief systems has shaped his distinctive voice as both publisher and communicator.
