Andy’s professional journey spans over 30 years in the veterinary sector both as a practicing small animal vet and as a leader and practice owner. 

An international speaker, trainer, facilitator and mentor focusing on enhancing leadership, team building, strategic thinking and culture, Andy is certified in NLP and Neurostrategies as well as a certified trainer in Contribution Compass behavioural profiling and its application within teams through his consultancy, Andy Green Consulting. 

Andy also works with Vet Dynamics as a mentor and business development consultant, and is a Director of Pennard Vets, an award-winning Employee-Owned small animal practice, where he is currently Chair of their Employee Ownership Trust Board.

Outside of work Andy loves keeping active with tennis and snowboarding, plus live music, playing electric guitar and learning to fly a helicopter.
